the staff ensured smooth check-in process. i liked spacious family room we booked. a changing table in the bathroom existed already with infant shampoo. the hotel provided giveaway toys for kids and that was nice.
i found that the desk stuck out a bit much. it made movement within the room slightly difficult.

Wonderful Stay Close to Gran Via

Our family room had plenty of space for everyone, including a crib. I especially appreciated the extra touches such as the changing table and infant toiletries. The hotel staff are friendly and quickly responded to our requests. An iron was delivered to our room in mere minutes.
The pool access was limited to only 40 minutes a day which I found restrictive. I would have enjoyed the freedom to use the pool for longer without scheduling a reservation.

The hotel is conveniently located, only five minutes by foot to Gran Via. It is also approximately ten minutes walk from the Royal Palace. The location is excellent.

The reception area is attractive and well-kept, offering a cute first impression. I also observed that the bar area had a great atmosphere and provided very efficient service. It was very romantic.

My room had daily restocked minibar with water, juice and snacks. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were efficient in resolving issues I reported. I found the location very convenient. There was easy access to transportation.
I did notice some wear in the bathroom fittings.
