convenient location many towels breakfast variety
The location is quite convenient. The room included slippers and many towels. Breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a while (especially the variety of pastries).
The desk in the room made moving around a bit difficult.

i stayed in a twin room and it was very clean. the staff were very helpful and attentive. breakfast had a good spread with varied, high-quality food options.
the upper lounge felt too exclusive creating a divided experience.

smooth check-in spacious room changing table giveaway toys
the staff ensured smooth check-in process. i liked spacious family room we booked. a changing table in the bathroom existed already with infant shampoo. the hotel provided giveaway toys for kids and that was nice.
i found that the desk stuck out a bit much. it made movement within the room slightly difficult.

the hotel benefits from a convenient setting near the metro station. this situation permits quick travel to various points. i noticed taxi services are available near the building.

housekeeping provided very quick service when i asked for an iron. the staff seemed mostly professional . employees were polite and always was ready to help guests.

Wonderful Stay Close to Gran Via
extra touches responsive staff
Our family room had plenty of space for everyone, including a crib. I especially appreciated the extra touches such as the changing table and infant toiletries. The hotel staff are friendly and quickly responded to our requests. An iron was delivered to our room in mere minutes.
The pool access was limited to only 40 minutes a day which I found restrictive. I would have enjoyed the freedom to use the pool for longer without scheduling a reservation.

The hotel is conveniently located, only five minutes by foot to Gran Via. It is also approximately ten minutes walk from the Royal Palace. The location is excellent.

The reception area is attractive and well-kept, offering a cute first impression. I also observed that the bar area had a great atmosphere and provided very efficient service. It was very romantic.

The breakfast offered many choices, all was fresh, and everything was very delicious. The Level area included more delicacies, though it felt a bit dark was nice.

My room had daily restocked minibar with water, juice and snacks. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were efficient in resolving issues I reported. I found the location very convenient. There was easy access to transportation.
I did notice some wear in the bathroom fittings.

The front desk had multiple staff members to assist with check-in. Concierge service provided directions. Room service delivered promptly at any time I asked. The staff responded well to my requests.
